The Studio unit is large and airy by Newport Beach standards and is about 800 square feet in size. There is a unique 14x5 foot cantilevered iron wood balcony accessible by sliding glass door. It has a queen bed and queen sleeper.

It has its own separate entrance, and is located upstairs. It does not share a wall with the other units. The bathroom is very large and includes a tub/shower combination and 2 sinks. It has a fridge and electric stove/oven. It has a new large Corian counter and full-sized Corian sink.

The Studio is completely new with high-grade carpet, porcelain tile floors, and kitchen cabinets.

Special Features:

The Studio has all of the same features and is equipped the same as the 2BR units. It also has an electric barbecue for outside cooking.

Four beach cruiser bikes are available only for the Studio unit year round.

The Studio comes with one reserved outside parking spot that is next to the building.

* The Studio can be rented for less than a week based on availability. The Studio is best suited for a couple of adults or a family with small children.

Rates:

Summer Rates - Weekly (After Memorial Day)

Studio: $900-1000
(3 Rate Periods: Early June; Mid Summer; High Season)

Winter Rates - Weekly (After Labor Day)

Studio: $700-900 (Rates based on # People & Holiday Periods)

Ask for rate quotations for 2-6 night stays

City Taxes: City bed tax for short term rentals (LESS THAN 30 DAYS) is 10%

Linens: Full Service is $2.50 per day per person.

Cleaning Fee & Deposit: Units are clean when you move in. You clean when you leave. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided. Arrangements can be made for a cleaning service. $300 refundable cleaning and breakage deposit required.

Damage Waiver Fee: We do not charge a processing fee, damage waiver fee or any other non-refundable fees that are customary in Newport Beach.
