FEES AND PRICING INFO

Summer Rates - weekly (after Memorial Day)

Studio and Penthouse: $900-1000 Per Unit
(3 Rate Periods: Early June, Mid Summer, High Season)
2 Br: $1400-1600 (3 Rate Periods: Early June, Mid Summer, High Season)

Winter Rates - weekly (after Labor Day)

2 BR: $1000-1400 (Rates based on # people and holiday periods)

Studio and Penthouse: : $700-900
(Rates based on # people and holiday periods)

2 Night Minimum Stay:
Ask for rate quotations for 2-6 night stays.

2-bedroom units rent on a weekly basis-summer, and
2-day minimum September through May.

Studio is available for 2-day minimum when available.

City Taxes: City bed tax for short term rentals (less than 30 days) is 10%.

Linens: Full service is $2.50 per day per person.

Cleaning Fee and Deposit: Units are clean when you move in. You clean when you leave. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided. Arrangements can be made for a cleaning service. $300 refundable cleaning and breakage deposit required.

Damage Waiver Fee: We do not charge a processing fee, damage waiver fee, or any other non-refundable fees that are customary in Newport Beach.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in at 3:00pm Saturday. Check-out at 11:00am Saturday.
